Our team brings a unique combination of skills to any project we undertake.  We combine backgrounds in human factors engineering, business practice knowledge, behavioral science, educational psychology, technical documentation, and instructional design, plus almost three decades of practical experience to bring you the best--when you need it.

The practical expertise we've gathered over the years is the product of:

  • Cross-industry experience--from retail to manufacturing to financial
  • Business practice experience--from purchasing to sales to inventory control
  • Application experience--from Enterprise Resource Planning to Customer Relationship Management to Computer-Assisted Design & Manufacturing.

PMI practices what we preach.  We believe in life-long learning, and our ongoing internal training program rivals many industries.  Depending on the position, we require our staff to be certified in a minimum of 40 Professional Development Units each year, in a wide variety of business and technical topics.
